The Supplement Games

Maybe that's my title becuz I just finished reading The Hunger Games. A fibro patient on Amazon gave Seeking Health's Magnesium malate a great review. I just figured out it was responsible for causing muscle cramps.

I was thinking I may need a new bed cuz my back hurt so much. But now that I stopped using this my back is not in spasm, despite laundering clothes and bedding. If I was a thorough scientist I would try to figure out if it was just this product or if it was really the extra 1/8 tspn malic acid I went ahead and stirred into the water with it. But the experiment does not seem worth it.

I'm also wondering if that was really back pain or rather kidney pain from the supplement maybe causing mast cell activation.
